Overnight oats

Quick sweet breakfast. Vegetarian. Loads of fiber.


Mix everything the night before in a closable container, put overnight in the fridge, eat in the morning.


No photo this time, I put it in Tupperware, it doesn't look as good as the ones with jars. But the food didn't leave the container!


BASE:

1/2 rolled oats (or any other grains)

1/2 milk (I go with soy)

1 tsp Chia seeds

1 tsp flax seeds


DIFFERENT FLAVOR MIXES


Almond Joy


1 tbs cocoa powder

1 tbs honey/or similar liquid sweetener

1 tbs shredded coconut

1 handful of chocolate chips

1 handful of almonds

1/4 vanilla extract


Blueberry muffin


1/2 blueberries

1 handful walnuts

1/2 cinnamon

1/4 vanilla extract

1 tbs maple syrup (or whatever sweet)


Pumpkin Chocolate


1 tbs Cranberries

1 tbs pumpkin puree

1/2 tsp cocoa powder

1/4  tsp pumpkin pie spices

1/4 vanilla extract

1 tbsp maple syrup 

1 handful of pecans (or any other nuts)
